Precautions

  • If you wish to avoid deformation, we recommend dry cleaning for the first 2~3 washes.
  • When washing at home, hand wash with cold water and use a neutral detergent for single-item washing.
  • High-temperature machine washing may cause the fabric to shrink or stretch, so cold hand washing will minimize deformation and extend the lifespan of the item.
  • Avoid using a dryer as it may cause deformation of the product.
  • There may be color fading in some products, and damages due to incorrect washing are not considered defects.
  • Even if the fabric is the same, dyeing processes can differ by color, and shrinkage rates may vary depending on the color, causing different post-wash results.
  • Post-wash issues are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Dark-colored products may bleed or stain, so please avoid matching with lighter colors.
  • The degree of staining can vary depending on personal sweat, exposure to temperature or humidity, and friction. Such staining is not considered a defect, so please keep this in mind.
