Product Care Guide
COTTON
- Cotton is a commonly used material, either 100% or blended with other fibers.
- When washing at home, it is necessary to separate by color and use a neutral detergent in cold water, either hand washing or using a washing machine.
POLY
- Poly is a heat-sensitive material, so we recommend washing in lukewarm water with a neutral detergent either by hand or using a washing machine.
- It has a property of absorbing substances attached to other clothing, so when there is a risk of staining, we strongly recommend washing separately.
- Pilling may occur in areas that experience frequent friction.
LINEN / RAYON / NYLON
- These materials are also heat-sensitive, so if ironing is necessary, please use a thin cloth to cover the fabric.
- When washing at home, we recommend gently hand washing in lukewarm water with a neutral detergent, minimizing the wash time, and using a dry towel to remove excess moisture.
- Twisting can cause the product to deform.
WOOL / ACRYLIC
- For the first wash, we strongly recommend dry cleaning, and please note that frequent washing can shorten the lifespan of the product.
- We highly recommend dry cleaning, and when washing with water, there is a risk of shrinking, so please use minimal wash time and wool shampoo, turn the product inside out and wash gently.
- Using a fabric softener can help reduce static electricity in dry weather.
CASHMERE / FUR Cashmere / FUR
- Management through dry cleaning only.
- Due to the product characteristics, static electricity or dust may occur, so we recommend product management using a brush.
- Direct spraying of perfume or ironing with high-temperature steam can cause discoloration and other damage to the product, so use is prohibited.
- When storing, be sure to use a hanger and coat cover and be careful not to be pressed by other products.
DENIM
- To maintain product color, we recommend not dry cleaning or washing for at least 6 months.
- Be careful of discoloration when wearing with bright colored products.
- We do not recommend washing raw denim products due to the risk of shrinkage and discoloration, and exchanges or refunds due to shrinkage or discoloration caused by washing are not possible.
