SHOES
In styles such as sandals, mules, and slippers, minor lifting at the outsole attachment may occur. This is a natural result of the construction and is not considered defects.
Suede leather may show slight nap or fine pilling due to the nature of suede. These are inherent to the material and manufacturing process.
To preserve the quality of the leather, avoid direct sunlight and humidity. The insole is made with synthetic lining, which may be prone to discoloration or bleeding when exposed to moisture (sweat, rain, snow) and friction.
In particular, black linings may cause color transfer onto light-colored clothing or socks. Please take caution when wearing.
Leather is a natural material and can be damaged by prolonged exposure to water. If wet, wipe off excess moisture with a dry cloth and let the shoes dry in the shade. Do not use heat to dry, as it may cause further damage. (We recommend avoiding wear on rainy or snowy days.)
