Product Care Guide
APPAREL
- Some items may naturally experience color bleeding due to the natural properties of the fabric. For this reason, please make sure to follow the care instructions provided on the label.
- Even when using the same fabric, dyeing methods may vary by color, resulting in different shrinkage rates or post-wash effects.
- Denim and dark-colored items may bleed or transfer color. Please take care when pairing them with light-colored items to prevent staining.
- Color transfer may vary depending on individual factors such as perspiration, body temperature, humidity, or friction. Such cases are not considered defects.
- All wool-blend knitwear may show signs of pilling in areas where friction occurs during wear.
- Actual product colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen, depending on your device’s resolution and brightness settings.
SHOES
- In styles such as sandals, mules, and slippers, minor lifting at the outsole attachment may occur. This is a natural result of the construction and is not considered defects.
- Suede leather may show slight nap or fine pilling due to the nature of suede. These are inherent to the material and manufacturing process.
- To preserve the quality of the leather, avoid direct sunlight and humidity. The insole is made with synthetic lining, which may be prone to discoloration or bleeding when exposed to moisture (sweat, rain, snow) and friction.
- In particular, black linings may cause color transfer onto light-colored clothing or socks. Please take caution when wearing.
- Leather is a natural material and can be damaged by prolonged exposure to water. If wet, wipe off excess moisture with a dry cloth and let the shoes dry in the shade. Do not use heat to dry, as it may cause further damage. (We recommend avoiding wear on rainy or snowy days.)
- As a handmade product, natural creases, fine cracks, and slight scratches may occur. Also, slight variations in shape or stitch count between left and right pairs may occur. These are characteristics of the material and craftsmanship, not defects.
- Creases or wrinkling caused by the shape of the wearer’s foot or walking style are natural and occur as the leather molds to the foot over time.
- Actual product colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings, resolution, and brightness.
