- Order guide

PVCS products include a 1:1 custom-made custom line and a ready-to-wear line.
[Custom]
- It takes 2 to 3 weeks to produce custom-made dresses and handmade shoes, and we inform you of the expected delivery date in advance when ordering.
- Because it is a 1:1 custom product that is produced only according to the customer's order, exchange / refund is not possible for reasons such as simple change of mind or size miss, so please think carefully before ordering.
[Ready-made products]
- The production and shipping period for ready-made products differs depending on the general open pre-production and pre-order opening, which is a pre-order system. When opening, we inform you of the expected delivery date in advance on the order form, so please check it.
- Even in the case of a pre-order, the amount of fabric that can be supplied and the quantity that can be produced within a certain period is limited, so it may close early.
- In case of defective product, simple change of mind, or size error, exchange/refund is possible. A round-trip shipping fee of KRW 5,000 will be charged for exchanges, and a return shipping fee of KRW 2,500 will be charged for returns.
[Common Information]
- Additional purchases are not possible for products whose order schedule has been closed. - If a closed product is added , we will notify you the fastest through

[PVCS ordering order]
1. Instagram ( @pvcs_official) to check the order schedule (product detail update schedule/open schedule/time/shipment schedule).
2. Check the details on the site on the applicable product preview date.
3. Accessing the site on the opening date and time of the applicable product. (The existing preview page is deleted and a new page is created, and products in the wish list are not processed immediately.)
4. Proceed with payment. (Instant credit card payment / In the case of virtual account deposit, payment is made by 23:00 the next day based on the order date)
[Cancellation Guide]
- You can apply for cancellation directly from the order history on My Page until the order deadline (product is being prepared).
- When applying for direct cancellation, the refund process differs depending on the payment method and cancellation type, and cancellation is not possible after cancellation is received.
1. Cancellation of entire card: Automatically refunded upon application, and used points are automatically returned.
2. Card Partial Cancellation & Virtual Account Full/Partial Cancellation: Automatic cancellation is not possible in the system, so it will be processed sequentially after confirmation by the person in charge. In the status before processing by the person in charge, it can only be checked in the cancellation history.
3. Change in quantity of the same product: The quantity requested for cancellation is not confirmed on My Page until the person in charge confirms it.
4. Cancellation of entire points: It is automatically refunded at the same time as the cancellation request.
[ Option change information]
- Changes such as color / size / quantity / payment method are not allowed.
- If you wish to change options, please check out of stock, order period, etc., and then cancel the original order after reordering.
[ Address change information]

[Virtual account payment]
- Please deposit by 23:00 the next day based on the order date to the virtual account that is guided when filling out the order form.
- If payment is not confirmed by that time, the order will be automatically canceled, and the canceled order cannot be restored.
- In the case of virtual account deposit, a cash receipt is automatically issued with the information you entered on the payment page. In case of cancellation before delivery, the automatically issued statement will be canceled, and in case of return, only the remaining amount will be reissued.
[Credit card payment]
- After filling out the order form, you can pay on the card company app payment page.
- Monthly interest-free installment benefits may vary depending on the credit card company and payment agency. - Shipping information

Shipping Cost: Fixed Shipping Fee: The shipping fee is KRW 2,500 regardless of the order amount.
Delivery period: 6 to 7 days
All products are shipped according to the schedule shown on the schedule and detailed page.
- In the case of regular and sale products, they will be shipped the next day based on the day of order.
It is shipped the next day on a weekday basis, excluding weekends/holidays, and

- If you divide and pay for a product that can be bundled, it will be automatically bundled. Each shipping fee will be automatically refunded as a point (no cash) within 14 days of receiving the product.
For non-members, after receiving the product, please request a refund through KakaoTalk Plus Friend.
[PVCS domestic general delivery]
- Delivery method: CJ courier (some products may be shipped by other courier companies such as Lotte)
- Delivery area: nationwide
- Delivery cost: Varies by product. - Based on the delivery date: It is sequentially
shipped for 3 days based on the courier business day.
[PVCS Overseas Delivery]
- Overseas delivery is sent in bulk by post office EMS.- Items that can be purchased through overseas delivery are steady and sale category products.
- The delivery period varies depending on the region, and it takes about 15 to 30 days.
- Shipping costs do not include duties and taxes. Upon receiving the product, the customer must pay additionally.
- Insurance premium is a service that compensates for damages caused by loss, theft, damage, etc. during the delivery process according to EMS regulations.

- Combined shipping (combined shipping) between orders is not possible, and you must put them in the shopping cart and place an order together. - Exchange/Return Information

[Return Policy]
We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of delivery or pickup for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.Also, In case of damaged or missing merchandise, we are able to offer either a full refund or exchange for the item in question within 14 days of customer receipt date and depending upon availability. We cannot guarantee that purchased items will remain in stock. To acquire a refund or exchange, we require a receipt and visual proof of damage. In case of damaged merchandise, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For all requests, please contact customer service at “orders@pvcsglobal.com” with your order number.
We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for PVCS items purchased from other retailers including full full-priced or secondhand items.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at “orders@pvcsglobal.com” to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.
Once proof of missing or damaged merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable period.
[Late or Missing Refunds]
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. If no refund is listed as being processed, please contact your credit card company since it may take several days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have followed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at “orders@pvcsglobal.com” with your order number. - Refund Information
